For mentees
This program is for people who were once doing well and have slipped, and who want a way back. The first job is to refill your lamp.
What to expect
- A mentor who meets or talks with you 2 or 3 times a week at first, then about once a week.
- Two deliberate hours of Tier I each day: time with your mentor, learning, and prayer or quiet reflection if that is part of your life.
- A weekly look at eight areas of daily life, done honestly and never judgmentally.
- A short review together every month.
- Later, when your mentor says you are ready, a chance to serve and one day to mentor someone else.
What the app does for you
Today
Log your Tier I time with a quick add or a timer. See your next contact, today's next step and your reminders.
My path
Where you are on the arc, what comes next, and what your mentor is looking for.
Goals
Small, concrete goals with next steps and a due date, plus a word from your mentor.
Weekly check and monthly review
Organized, partly organized or disorganized for each area. No scores and no streaks.
What stays private
- Your spiritual practice is never stored on the server. If you want to track it, it stays on your own phone or computer.
- Contact logs record when, how and for how long. Never what was said.
- You can read every note your mentor writes about you.
- You can download your data or delete your account at any time.
What it is not
Your mentor is a volunteer, never a therapist, doctor or counselor. The program sits alongside professional care. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, call your local emergency number now.
How to join
For now, people join by invitation. A program coordinator gives you an invite code, and you use it in the app. You must be 18 or older. Until a pilot begins, you can try the demo to see how it feels.
